I'm an experienced flight attendant and when my regular route was Hawaii I had SIMPLY NO PROBLEM staying fit and motivated!! But Recently i changed my route to international and we jokingly contact it the Trans Ocean Pudge from the 15 to 20 lbs everyone gains on these routes. My body fat is usually 13 to 15 percent yet has junked to nineteen percent since changing paths. I'm not an excuse naked usually but after reading your article I realized I was bulls$&%ing myself.
